Ride Profile
Featuring 10 loops of varying skill from green (beginner) to black (advanced) trails with three descents and one shared use trail. Each trail offers something different and will lead you to hidden and secret spots such at the Dreaming Pools that are hard to access any other way and stunning vistas of Georges Bay and St Helens. Flagstaff Park is 5 minutes drive from St Helens and the purpose built mtb trail head is in a beautiful forest location and offers a cafe, toilets and picnic tables.
Rider skill level: Beginner - Advanced

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You can experience a full range of weather conditions on this ride. Items to bring:
- A light rain jacket
- Sunscreen
- Carry some essential bike spares and spare tyre tubes
- First Aid Kits (including space blanket and compression bandages)
- Water - there is no drinking water on the trails
- Snacks - in case you need an energy burst or the ride takes longer than you expected
- We strongly recommend riders carry GPS satellite tracking devices such as Emergency Plus Phone App, Strava, Garmin etc
